Victory Farm Equestrian Team for the Special Olympics Equestrian STATE GAMES! Working Trails Independent Rider, Trotting the Course!
Flowers to Marlea and Savannah for flawless rides aboard a sassy Sargeant Freckles!!
Both brought home top ribbons (I thought they both deserved Gold due to handling a feisty/spooky horse and completing the entire course safely to perfection! Horse people understand you're working with a feisty horse who's not use to this big indoor and the crowds who were not thinking about the horse they're moving in front of! Both girls kept their cool, handled the situations better than most and did complete each element of the course. Sorry .. honesty ... Dory)
I COULD NOT BE MORE PROUD OF THESE GIRLS!!! And Freckles! We don't learn as much when the horse is just easy... they learned, they rose to the challenge and they conquered the course!
