Phoenix Community Outreach Center - PCOC Phoenix Community Outreach Center operates as a daily safe haven to those individuals and families experiencing homelessness or transition in our area.

Breakfast & Lunch daily, clothing closet, food pantry, shower & laundry, case management services.

Phoenix Community & Outreach Center will only be open 3 days a week now due to lack of funding. We will be open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to offer, meals, showers, a safe environment and resources to all those in need. Please share.
