Good afternoon.
Gaston Hope in Christ is part of the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), a federally funded program for low-income seniors and government and public charities.
SCSEP provides part-time work (29 hours per week of work at $12 per hour) with nonprofits for seniors (55+) whose family earns less than 125% of the federal poverty level (disability income not included).
Gaston Hope in Christ is looking for a new worker to start in January or February.
We are looking for someone with strong faith and the ability to work with others, clerical or administrative skills, and the ability to help 3rd-8th grade students in our tutoring programs and/or adults learning English in our ESL programs.

Please pray with us for the right person to fill this vital role in our ministry, and have anyone interested contact Pastor Joe Bell at 980-785-4442 or [email protected]

๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’› **Happy National Parents Day from Sherwood Elementary School!** ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’™

Today, we celebrate the incredible parents, guardians, and families who make a difference in the lives of our students every single day. Your love, encouragement, and support help lay the foundation for every child's success.

At **Sherwood Elementary**, we believe that education is a partnership. When schools and families work together, amazing things happen! From volunteering at school events and attending conferences to reading together at home and cheering on every accomplishment, your involvement helps our Rams grow into confident, kind, and successful learners.

Thank you for trusting us to be part of your child's educational journey. Together, we're building strong minds, caring hearts, and a brighter future for every student.

๐Ÿ’™ **Happy National Parents Day!** Thank you for being our partners in education and for helping every Sherwood Ram reach their fullest potential.

A toothbrush. Soap. A towel. A comb.

These simple items can make a big difference for someone recovering from a disaster, fleeing conflict, or facing a crisis.

Through crisis care kits, churches and individuals assemble hygiene supplies that are distributed through local churches and ministry partners around the world when emergencies occur.

Several families have asked about school supplies for the upcoming year, so we've put together a suggested list of general items to help you get started.

Please note that this is a basic supply list for all Holbrook Middle School students. Some teachers or courses may request additional items once school begins.

We look forward to seeing our Lions soon. Here's to a great school year!
