Shoutout to our PAX who spent last Saturday cleaning up the area along the road F3 has adopted through Keep Gastonia Beautiful’s Adopt-A-Street program. Thanks to everyone who helped!

This morning, 14 PAX took part in the annual Waterboy 6K Challenge at the Pub, sponsored by Belmont Eye. The event features a relay-style race, with partners taking turns sprinting up Duke Street. Each PAX completed seven sprints.

Congratulations to Bullwinkle and Sargento for taking home first place! And a big thank-you to Belmont Eye for providing swag for all the contestants.

Here are some drone shots from our July 4 convergence at CaroMont Health Park, courtesy of "Mayor."

Nearly 60 PAX showed up, including three FNGs. The PAX rotated through five stations, putting in the work, encouraging each other and strengthening the bonds of the F3 brotherhood.

Looking for a healthy way to kick off your Fourth of July?

Join F3 Gastonia for a FREE outdoor men's workout on Saturday, July 4 at CaroMont Health Park.

🕕 Extra Credit (optional): 6:00 a.m.
🕖 Main Workout: 7:00 a.m.

F3 is a free men's fitness group open to all fitness levels. Whether you're just getting started or work out regularly, you'll find encouragement, accountability, and a welcoming group of men.

After the workout, stick around for coffee and fellowship. Bring a friend and start your Independence Day with fitness, fellowship, and fun!

F3 Gastonia is set for a D-Day ruck on Friday, June 5. The ruck begins at 10 p.m. at the Warlick YMCA on Robinwood Road. The route covers 8.2 miles in honor of the years since D-Day. PAX will hit three stations along the way, with the goal of finishing by 2 a.m.
