A few reminders for our community members.

Mailboxes: please paint and straighten your mailboxes. Our CCRs focus a good bit on curb appeal. They are designed for consistency when driving up and down our streets. If anyone needs parts or replacing your mailbox. Go to Carolinamailboxes. com. They have all the approved mailbox supplies you need.

Shutters must be maintained if they were originally installed.

A reminder, no window units, heat or air, are permitted in Cramer Woods.

Just trying to the keep the community informed.

In the near future, we will have monuments at Winder Trail, Huffstetler & McDade and McDade where it intersects with the rental community.

There is a two digit number on each pole that designates the precise location.

Please report directly to Duke if you have any issues.

Report a street light outage by entering an address, business name or closest street. Map details include current status & estimated restoration time.

It is my understanding, that 5 Illegal Motor Bikes have been impounded by Gaston City Police, within the last three weeks.

Just a reminder. City Police have stepped up their efforts to put a stop to this in Cramer Woods.

For those wondering why the Cramer Village “Play Park” at the entrance to Cramer Woods hasn’t been removed. The City has stopped work on the Cramer Village project. There is a hearing on June 2nd to address the City’s issues.

We don’t know what the issues are but wanted to keep the community posted.

Will let everyone know, once more information is available.

Need to make a correction to an earlier post. The stolen vehicle was NOT on Featherstone Court in Cramer Woods.

It was Featherstone Avenue in zip code 28052.

A reminder to keep our car doors locked. Seems between 2:00 and 4:00 am this morning, several individuals were caught on cameras, breaking into automobiles.

This was in Cramer Woods along Old Town Lane. Police reports have been made.

Please check your cameras to see if they picked up anything.

Stay diligent.

A reminder folks that mini bikes and off road trail bikes are illegal. As well as most golf carts. We have a number of cars parked on the streets, so it represents a safety issue. We have over 300 homes in our community and a lot of traffic.

Residents are encouraged to call the police on the non emergency number to report.

Sorry if it offends anyone but it is an issue.
