How lucky we are to have such a great partnership with CMJ Logistics 🤝

Mark and his team have helped tremendously during our disaster relief efforts, from juggling multiple donated loads to securing donations for our neighbors in need. It truly takes a village, and we are so appreciative of the efforts of all of our partners who have assisted during this time.

An awesome morning spent powering good with Appalachian Power! Their team packed 1,282 Commodity Supplemental Food Program boxes weighing out to a whopping 40,964 pounds of shelf stable foods going into the hands of low-income seniors across West Virginia.

While there, we awarded them with the Produce Choice Market Volunteers of the Year for their outstanding work volunteering at our Produce Choice Markets in 2025.

Teamwork makes the dream work, and the MFB team would be nothing without our partner agencies.

The last few weeks have been especially hard on folks in Lewis, Upshur, Barbour, and other counties who have been affected by the recent, disastrous flooding. Food pantries and Family Resource Networks have been working overtime to make sure their networks are fed and taken care of.

We just wanted to take a minute and acknowledge the hard work that these folks have been doing for several weeks now. It has not gone unnoticed! Because of them, we have been able to distribute just over $69,000 back into those affected counties.

A big THANK YOU to the Boone County Community Foundation for their recent support of Mobile Pantries in Boone County🧡

We recently received $6,500 from the Foundation and a $2,000 grant from the Fred Haddad Memorial Fund. Thanks to their generosity, we are able to add a new location where neighbors can access the Mobile Pantry in Boone County.
