When founders William and Catherine Booth began the work in London that would grow to become The Salvation Army, few would have predicted their legacy: an organization, part of the Christian Church, now working in over 131 countries and with a history spanning more than 150 years. Throughout this time there have been millions of members, and people have been helped right across the world – but this movement had humble beginnings. Wonderful resource for pet owners!

FREE MICROCHIPS‼️‼️‼️‼️

We primarily serve Gary, but our way to give back to other communities while raising donations for pet families in Gary is having free microchip fundraisers.

Pets have to be at least 6 weeks of age to receive microchips and keep in mind we do not serve more than 1 puppy in a litter. Dogs must be leashed! Cats must be in carriers. Limit 3 pets per address.

No jurisdiction constraints! Everyone welcome!

After the historic storms and floods last month across Indiana, many are still working towards recovery. Our Emergency Disaster Services - Salvation Army Indiana Division have been aiding these communities every step of the way. It is our mission to be here before, during, and after disasters such as these. We have been walking with survivors for decades and will continue to do so far into the future.
