Gary United: The Community Gives Back!

The City of Gary, is partnering with Keith Lee, The Salvation Army, Ace Hardware, and Tyrese Haliburton, to support Gary families impacted by the storm.

Join us Monday, August 24, from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM at the Roosevelt Pavilion Parking Lot, 2201 Harrison St., Gary, IN 46407.

Families can receive:
Food
Storm relief and cleaning supplies
Community Resources

Requirements:
One relief kit per household. Limit of 2 households per vehicle.
While supplies last.

Come out to enjoy food trucks and music with DJ KCeaser. Join us in support of the storm relief efforts.

Triumphant Transitions, Inc storm relief free laundry service pop up PART 1 was blessed and busy!! My heart was so full to see Gary/NWI residents have the opportunity to clean their clothes after nearly 2 weeks without power.

Thank you God for every opportunity to serve your people.

Special thank you to our new community partner, Mr. David, owner of Premier Laundry. Our meeting was definitely God ordained! When I shared my free laundry vision to help the community during this crisis, he caught it and helped me run with it immediately. Blessings to David and his sweet staff for being a local biz that gives back to our community.

The word got out honey and the Laundromat was FULL and busy!!

When I showed up at Premier yesterday, I was told their Gary location was still without power. They now have power at the Gary location! So, STAY TUNED on our page for date and info for Triumphant Transitions, Inc Free Laundry pop up at Premier Laundry, Gary, IN PART 2!!

Thank you to all Gary/NWI who came and showed their appreciation. Your patience and kindness is appreciated. We had people who received free laundry and still gave us a donation. We had people helping single moms with their babies. And you KNOW Ms. LaTrice love the babies. This is what community is all about.

I have been serving the Gary/NWI community for 21 years and giving back to my community never gets old! It's always a joy to connect with like minded community partners. And, I am so grateful to connect with David and Premier. Like I said on my Live, God will meet you where you are. And, God met me at Premier when I stop by to share my vision. And, just know that God will meet YOU where you are too in any area of your life...have faith and trust Him.

As I've been saying, God is STILL in the midst of the storm and we STILL TRIUMPHANT!!

First come first serve!! I will also have essential needs available for those who attend, while supplies last.
