The Fishing for Ducks Ice Fishing Contest is held annually in Garrison Bay on Lake Mille Lacs on the third Saturday in February. The biggest 100 fish caught win prizes with the top prizes being a brand new truck for the biggest fish caught, a wheel house for the 100th biggest fish and many other big prizes from flashers, guns, ice shelters and much more! There are many more on ice raffles going on

in the heated tent through out the day. www.fishingforducks.org

All proceeds raised go to Ducks Unlimited for Waterfowl and Wetland Conservatoin.

Let's give away a pair of Fishing for Ducks tickets! As always, beware of scammers! We will never ask for a credit card number for a Facebook giveaway. We'll only need the winner's address to send the tickets. Guess how many hearts are in the picture. We counted the ones in and around the vase. Closest guess wins a pair of Fishing for Ducks tickets. Ties will be broken by a random draw. We will pick the winner on Valentines Day, at 3:00 pm. Good luck, and we hope to see you on the ice on Feb. 21!!!

So, there were 185 M&Ms in and around the bowl. There were several correct guesses, and lots that missed by only one or two. Nice guessing people! Our winner is Krissa Gould Jeffers. We messaged her, and she has already sent her address. Krissa's tickets will go out tomorrow.
