Rustlers dances in on Horseback with their vibrant costumes and toe-tappin' Mardis Gras music to win 1st place in B division for Open theme. This was their best performance this season. I have seen so much improvement in these riders. Way to go! We were so rushed to get the ready between runs that we didn't have time to get everyone's picture. Share to this album if you have any. Renegades team did a great job this competition, even with having to figure out a couple of horses. We have some very new riders and horses, but the beginner team is the perfect place to help everyone learn and get better. They placed 4th place in B division for Open Freestyle.

6 performance runs in 4 hours is ALOT! The whole team and their pit crews stepped up and made it happen. We even had time for pictures in between. Great Job Roselake Drill Team riders.
In the Open Freestyle division, the teams looked so great in their Red White and Blue uniforms.Here are the placings.
Rebels-3rd in A division
Rusters- 2nd in B Div
Renegades-4th in B Div

Open Theme is always so fun to ride and watch.

Rebels were beautiful in their Runaway Bride theme, placing 4th in A division.

Rusters put on a spectacular show with their best run yet. With skirts swirling they brought home 1st place in B division in their vibrant Mardis Gras costumes.

Renegades be-bopped into the arena in their poodle skirts and had a fun sock hop on horses, placing 4th place in B division.

I HUGE shout out to Vicki and Dani for organizing, distributing, and making sure everyone had what they needed, when they needed it for the costumes. Having a good pit crew is essential, so thanks to all the parents and helpers too! I have to also thank all the riders for being on time, getting their horses and themselves dressed quickly, and for putting their all into their rides.

We don't normally enter the Rodeo division, but this gave us an opportunity to practice for the PRCA Pro Rodeo on March 26-28th where we will get to perform, and run sponsor flags. Great job on the 3rd place win, with all the gold sparkle and fringe, y'all were flashy and fabulous.

The Roselake Rebels swept into the arena with 7 gorgeous brides and one groom on the run. The Runaway Bride theme is such a fun routine to watch. We had some technical difficulties with the music but it didn't throw the riders off. Good job on your 3rd place win.

Roselake Rebels is our Advanced Drill team. It takes alot of practice and hard work for both the horses and riders to perform an advanced routine with flawless precision, speed, and to wow the crowds. This group has been working so hard and has improved with every week of practice. It's going to be exciting to see even more improvment throughout the season. Awesome job at winning 2nd place in the Open Theme division.

Roselake Rustlers brought the high energy street festival of Mardis Gras to the arena with their vibrant flowing skirts, sparkly shirts and Mardis Gras masks. Beautiful girls and beautiful horses. If you missed it, you missed out.
