Thank you to all of the students and parents for their great efforts during our E Learning end to the school year. I appreciate all of you and what you did.
ALL ASSIGNMENTS ARE DUE BY THE END OF THE DAY TOMORROW!
I wish you all a safe and enjoyable summer vacation. I will miss this class and much like the class I had during 9/11, I will always remember how brave and vigilant this class was in getting through such a historic and tragic time in our history. Thank you all and I look forward to seeing you all again soon! Be safe!

#5 - Remember to complete missing work.. Only two weeks left to get grades up.. Let's finish strong..

SOCIAL STUDIES:
This week the students will be taking virtual field trips to the battlefields at Antietam and Gettysburg. Everything, including instructional videos, is posted on the Canvas calendar! Thank you to everyone for their hard work and persistence during this time!!

SOCIAL STIDUES:
This is the final week of Primary Source documents. The students have done a wonderful job on these. The Civil War is a very complex unit when are in the classroom, let alone, on line. I have been so happy with the work the students are doing. Next week the students will be taking virtual field trips to Civil War battlefields. Keep up the great work and a huge THANK YOU to all of our parents for helping to keep your students focused.

8th-Grade ELA Week of 4/27-5/1
Students will continue to work on the Superhero/Villain Monologue Project.
TUESDAY:
We will have a weekly zoom meeting for detailed instructions at 10:00 AM or 1:00 PM
Design the superhero/villain chest logo on paper. Send a picture of it to Mrs. Moody for approval.
WEDNESDAY:
Using the chest logo design, create a chest logo on any material or product you have at home. The chest logo must be visibile in the videoed monologue that you will work on Thursday.
THURSDAY: This is the final part of the project.Record yourself saying or reading your monologue with your chest logo visible. This is due Tuesday, May 4 by 12:00 PM.

Remember: Monday and Friday are great days to get caught up on missing work.

We had a good week getting things turned in last week. Please remember to send all assignments to Mr. Lapadot and not Mr. Stellar.

This week we continue to look at Primary Source Documents. We will look at the Gettysburg Address as well as letter from the battlefield. All assignments for the week are posted on the Canvas Calendar. Have a great week!!
