Calling local Garretson vendors! We're looking for local food vendors to participate in our Independence Day Celebration on July 3rd. If your company or organization is looking for a chance to raise some revenues, this is a great opportunity!! Festivities will be at the ball fields from about 6pm until the firework show is complete. The City of Garretson, SD does have a permitting requirement, so please stop in to City Hall to handle that if you would like to participate. Send us a message by end of day on May 15th if interested! You don't want to miss Garretson's 250th celebration!

Last week we held our annual meeting where we celebrated 2025 and took a look ahead at 2026.

There are a lot of positive things to celebrate in Garretson, SD, including the Main Avenue Revitalization Initiative we kicked off earlier this year.
