As the uncle of #77 Graves and a Community Engineer, I’ve seen firsthand how simply being present changes lives.
Whether it’s being on time, giving your full attention, or mentoring with purpose, it makes all the difference.
Our young men are always fighting to improve themselves, and they show up every day with a commitment to learn and grow.
That’s what mentoring at YM4C is all about—being there, so they can get better daily.
Mentoring matters because it fosters resilience, builds confidence, and provides a strong support system.
