Last year the Town of Garner was so generous in sending out representatives from different agencies to share with Special Opps what they do on a daily basis (The Garner Police K-9 Unit, Kathy Behringer from the Garner Town Council and Mike Gale from Animal Control). Special Opps brought in dog and cat food to donate to the local SPCA and of course we had to follow up one of the meetings with ice cream🍦!
