We are lucky to have our street paved this year. Please consider using Anchor Disposal for you garbage pickup as they are offering special discounts to our community and this will reduce the number of trucks on ours streets. They pickup on Monday in our community and this will help to keep our streets in good shape for the future. It will be at least 25 years before they get paved again so lets take care of them. Thank you.

Today I finished about 30 to 40 bales of pine straw on the back side of the east side entrance. I also did some trimming of the old overgrown boxwoods at the Page road entrance and worked on the lighting .
I also spread additional pine straw at this location, things are starting to look better. I also want to thank the homeowners that have been helping out spreading the pine straw and doing other work in the neighborhood.

We had an additional 100 rolls of pine straw delivered this morning. I will be placing them in the locations they need to be spread this afternoon after 5:00 and if anyone can help spread them any days this week it would be great thank you in advance.

Thank you to Thomas Sawyer, Butcher Penny and Ryan Dellinger for helping get the new pine straw out around the parking lot and tennis court. Thomas was out before 630 am and did 75% of the work. It was still hot as, well you know. We still need another 100 rolls and will get them this week. So if anyone can come help next Saturday it would be appreciated. Most of these will be needed at the entrances. I will be at the tennis court with a trailer to transport the rolls to their needed spots by 630am.

We have 100 double size rolls of pinestraw being delivered today and need volunteers to help put it out. We will be placing this only in certain areas and none around the salon. We are getting mulch for this area soon. Please contact me for specific areas this order needs to be placed. The straw is being placed inside the fence on the tennis court for security so be sure you have your gate key.

1) 2 to 3 rolls around the salon sign on Hwy 50.

2) 10 or 20 rolls on the back sides of the columns on the east side of Hwy 50

3) 10 or more rolls on each side of the columns beyond the wall ends.

4) 20 to 30 rolls along Montford Dr. side of parking lot.

5) 10 to 15 rolls along front side of tennis court to cover the clay.

6) Any remaining rolls around backside of pool outside fence.

Numbers are estimated.
