🎭 Step Back Into Revolutionary-Era Southern Wake County

The Garner Area Historical Society is proud to partner with Tim Stevens and Show N Tell Ministries on an exciting new theatrical production:

**Ghost Light: Echoes of Our Revolutionary Past**

This unique production brings history to life through a series of powerful monologues portraying the people, events, and stories that shaped our community during the Revolutionary War. Historical figures and everyday residents alike will share the voices, struggles, and triumphs of Southern Wake County's founding era.

📅 **Saturday, September 26**
🕑 **2:00 PM Performance**
🕖 **7:00 PM Performance**
📍 **Garner Performing Arts Center**
🎟️ **Tickets: $15**

As a historical partner, the Garner Area Historical Society will help connect audiences to the real places and people featured in the production through historical displays, artifacts, maps, and educational materials in the GPAC lobby. Featured locations include Swift Creek, Rand's Mill, Tryon Road, Hunter's Lodge, Three Rivers Church, and other sites that played a role in our local Revolutionary-era story.

Audience members will also have the opportunity to learn more about the Garner History Museum, museum programs, memberships, commemorative bricks, and other initiatives that help preserve our community's rich heritage.

The title *Ghost Light* comes from a long-standing theater tradition of leaving a single light burning on an empty stage. In this production, that light becomes a symbol of memory, history, and the voices that continue to echo across our community.

Mark your calendars and join us for an unforgettable journey into Garner's Revolutionary past!
