• Elected Board of Directors in 2002
• Submitted paperwork to IRS for 501(3)(c) in 2002
• Granted final ruling or Non-Profit status 2005
• Build AAU select level Basketball teams
• 6 teams in 4 different age divisions
• Experience Hosting tournaments for out- of-town teams
• Participated in show case events across USA
