Yesterday , I had the opportunity to speak with a Dallas County prosecutor about ways to help women advocate for themselves in family violence situations. The reality is heartbreaking—80-90% of victims may recant their initial statements or refuse to cooperate with prosecutors, often leading to charges being dropped or cases dismissed.

This isn’t just a statistic; it’s a call to action. Fear, financial dependence, emotional ties, and lack of support keep many women trapped in cycles of abuse. At Bloom Girl Organization, we are committed to empowering women, educating them on their rights, and ensuring they have the resources needed to break free and stand strong.

No one should have to face this alone. If you or someone you know needs support, we are here. Together, we can change the narrative. 💜
