Do you know an Alumni of Garland High School that could use assistance with medical expenses?

I was devistated upon learning that my long time friend Matt Morrison (1988) passed away in 2021 as he was not a candidate for a kidney transplant.

Matt passed less than 3 weeks after I donated my left kidney to a friend.

I quickly looked for ways to honor Matt at GHS and with help from my friends and Matt’s friends we purchased a bench with Matt’s name that was placed in the commons.

I made a promise during this process that I would honor my friends while they were here. That they would know how much they meant to me and how much I admired them.

This is one small way that we can assist people while they are here.
