lpine Kids Program has been serving families in Alpine County. On May 1, 2021, Alpine Kids, became a ministry of the Carson Valley United Methodist Church (CVUMC) a 501(c).(3). You do not have to be a member of the CVUMC or any other church, and do not have to live in Alpine County. Alpine Kids offers a wide variety of activities making it a multicultural, multi-social/economical, as well as a multi-generational organization. Alpine Kids pays for admission as well as food for the entire family. If a family needs help with the cost of gasoline, arrangements are made with the individual families to help with the cost. Alpine Kids does a monthly teen outing offering a variety of activities. Alpine Kids' teens participate in a monthly cooking/game day at CVUMC. Alpine Kids' pays for the outing, provides adult supervision, and works with teens on leadership development. Alpine Kids pays for admissions, and food to all teen activities. Cost to enroll in the Alpine Kids' Ministry is $40 per year per household. We accept payment of $5 a month. All renewals are due on January 1st of the following year. Alpine Kids' membership is not based on income; gender; ethnic group; age, or disability. Alpine Kids' Ministry does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national or ethnic origin, or sexual orientation in administration of its programs and policies. Alpine Kids is funded through donations, memberships, and fundraisers. We are apply for grants. Many families do not have disposable income. Through Alpine Kids' outings, families have the opportunity to spend positive time together and not worry about how they would be able to pay for the family day. Alpine Kids "Families Playing Together Without Drugs & Alcohol". We are not an AA program. Alpine Kids is based on children having fun, and their parent(s) should be totally engaged in what they are doing.

Alpine Kids have been donated tickets to the Carson City Outlaw Flat Trac motorcycle races on Friday, August 22, 2025. Included in our tickets is the opportunity to tour the pits and meet the riders. Thank you to the Flat Trac Organization for this amazing opportunity. Pizza dinner at 5pm at Fuji Park.
