Today’s cooking group made their own mini apple pies! Everyone got to help create these delicious fall treats, filled with cinnamon-spiced apples and wrapped in flaky pastry. A sweet way to enjoy the flavors of fall while building cooking skills and having fun together!

🚒❤️ Honoring Our Local Heroes! ❤️🚒

In honor of National Hero Day and Fire Safety Month, Orange CBES created a special thank-you poster for the Orange Fire Department! 👨‍🚒🔥

These brave men and women put their lives on the line to keep our community safe, and we wanted to make sure they know just how much we appreciate their courage, dedication, and service.

Thank you, Orange Fire Department, for all that you do! You are true heroes in our community! ❤️🚒

🎉 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT! 🎉
In honor of Disability Employment Awareness Month, we’re shouting out our hard-working superstar, Danny! 🌟
Since school started back, Danny has been on top of his game as our delivery logistics master, making sure food gets from Narragansett to Templeton Elementary without a hitch. He double-checks his list (and checks it twice! 📋✔️) so no meal gets left behind.
Thank you, Danny, for your dedication and incredible work ethic! 👏🍎

🍎🏀🎃 A Packed Day of Community, Fun & Fall Traditions at GAAMHA!
Our teams and individuals were out and about making the absolute most of this beautiful fall day! Here’s what everyone got up to:
🍁 Meadowbrook Orchards: One group spent a gorgeous autumn morning picking fresh apples in Sterling!
🚚 Giving Back & Staying Active: Another team hit the road to deliver meals for Meals on Wheels, bringing smiles to local seniors before heading over to the YMCA to shoot some hoops!
🎨 Pumpkin Painting: The group that stayed back transformed our space into a fall art studio, getting creative with colorful pumpkin painting designs!
Whether we’re giving back, exploring local spots, or getting crafty at home, there’s never a dull moment here.

Happy National Disability Employment Awareness Month! A huge shoutout to our incredible team crushing it over at Coleman!
We are so proud of the phenomenal work ethic, skill, and dedication they bring to the table every single day. Seriously, watching them hustle puts the rest of our multi-tasking skills to shame! Every job they touch is done with top-tier effort, and we couldn't be prouder of this amazing crew.

Today was a bittersweet day at Orange CBES as we said goodbye to Krysten Dupont. 💙

For over 10 years, Krysten has been an amazing DSP with GAAMHA. Her dedication, hard work, compassion, and genuine care for the people she supports have shined through every day. Over the years, she has touched so many lives and has been such an important part of our GAAMHA family.

Krysten, Orange CBES won’t be the same without you! We are going to miss you more than you know, but we are so grateful for all the memories, laughs, and years we’ve shared. We wish you all the happiness and success in the world as you begin your next chapter. You’ll always be part of the GAAMHA family! 💙
