Artwalk Gardiner was first launched in 2005 by the artists of Artdogs™ studios and a few other area artists. Comprised of a non-juried group of artists who live and/or work within a twenty-mile radius of downtown Gardiner, the mission of Artwalk Gardiner is to increase community awareness and appreciation of the visual arts, and to encourage interaction with local artists and the public by providi

We’re thrilled to introduce Donald Patten, one of the incredible artists featured at December’s Artwalk Gardiner! 🎉

✨ About the Artist: Donald Patten is an artist and cartoonist from Belfast, Maine. He creates oil paintings, illustrations, ceramics and graphic novels. His art has been exhibited in galleries throughout Maine.

🖼️ Featured Work: Oil paintings made on cradled wood panels, graphite pencil drawings in frames, waterproof stickers and ceramic figurines of illustrative cute smiling mushroom characters.

✨ About the Artist: D.L. Duda is a self-taught artist who has learned primarily by looking at the work of others and giving it a go. D.L. Duda works in three mediums--oil, watercolor, and pencil--depending on the subject and the emotions to convey.

We’re thrilled to introduce olipeachykeen, one of the incredible artists featured at December’s Artwalk Gardiner! 🎉

✨ About the Artist: olipeachykeen is a fiber artist born and raised in Maine. olipeachykeen has sold art online and at local art markets since 2018, where olipeachykeen started a shop in the YEZ tent at the Common Ground Country Fair. Starting in 2020 olipeachykeen moved the business to Etsy and has shown art in Maine businesses since 2021. olipeachykeen uses multiple medias and is always looking for new projects to pick up!

✨ About the Artist: Just Playing With Glass is a creative outlet and space for continuous learning and experimenting with glass. Pieces may start from sheet glass or are found glass transformed into something new.

🖼️ Featured Work: Used and found glass items ranging from suncatchers, jewelry, dishes, and framed art to candleholders, hummingbird feeders, luminaries, and more!
