What a joy and privilege it was to preach the Gospel again at my first congregation. If you're wanting a little encouragement from God's Word take a listen! The sermon starts at the 35 minute mark! To God be the glory!

What a great crew to work with this week! They were amazing, simply willing to tackle any task, no matter how difficult, simple, meticulous, or even how wet it may make us. Although it poured on us this morning, at least there were no storms and the homeowner's smile was priceless! (So much so, we didn't get a picture!)

We were blessed to share the love of Jesus with 5 different families. Thank you to everyone who continues to pray for and support us.

I leave you with one of the best compliments we've ever received, as I just received it tonight via text:

"Thank yaw so much. You and your crew are an awesome representation of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Safe travels to you all!"

That's our Ricky! So, thankful for him and all the partners in ministry we have throughout the Synod. The training was a true blessing. LCMS Disaster Response is truly blessed with some extremely skilled and gifted people! What an honor to serve beside them.

Disaster response leaders from across the nation gathered in April for an advanced training class followed by a strategic planning conference.

Blessed to be back in Hattiesburg/Purvis, MS serving the folks still recovering after a tornado, May 6. Actually, we were told that 2 different groups had promised to help but nearly a month later, the tree was still on the trailer. Thankful for a group willing to tackle a challenge.

GOOD STUFF!

Just hate I couldn't be there for this event. Thank you LCC and LSC for sharing the love of Jesus.
