It's still Emotional Wellness month...

But recognizing high-stress moments before they spiral can save your emotional wellness and keep you from burn-out.
Here’s how to recognize stress early and stop it in its tracks:
🔹 Look for These Early Signs:
1️⃣ You’re feeling unusually impatient or irritated.
2️⃣ Your mind is racing, and simple decisions feel hard.
3️⃣ You’re getting tired faster or losing focus easily.
🔹 What to Do When You Notice These Signs:
1️⃣ Pause—take a 5-minute break to breathe or stretch.
2️⃣ Prioritize—list the most important tasks and let go of the rest.
3️⃣ Ask for help—it’s okay to delegate or lean on your support system!
Recognizing these early signs can help you manage stress before it becomes overwhelming, keeping you calm, balanced, and ready for anything. 💪
