Every zine tells a story 🌿💛

Through our Zine Initiative, young people are invited to express themselves through art, writing, color, collage, and creativity in ways that feel personal and approachable.

This zine, created by Dylan, shares an important reminder: we never fully know what someone else may be carrying.

For many youth, creative expression can become a way to process emotions, reflect on experiences, and communicate thoughts that may feel difficult to say out loud. That’s part of what makes these spaces so meaningful.

We love to partner with schools, community organizations, youth programs, and family-focused groups to bring our Zine Initiative directly to young people through pop-up events, workshops, and community gatherings ✨

Our team provides the materials, facilitation, creative tools, and support needed to create a meaningful and approachable experience for youth.

If you’re interested in partnering with us to support youth mental health awareness and early connection through creative expression, we’d love to collaborate! 🌱

✨ Partner Spotlight: Project Youth OC ✨

We’re grateful to continue highlighting some of the incredible community partners who joined us during our recent Provider Training & Resource Fair 🌿

Project Youth OC does meaningful work supporting youth and families throughout Orange County through counseling, education, intervention, and community-based programs designed to help young people feel supported and connected.

Partnerships like these are such an important part of early intervention and community care. We’re thankful to collaborate with organizations that continue showing up for youth with compassion, advocacy, and support 💛

Thank you, Project Youth OC, for being part of such a meaningful day! Project Youth OC

Mental health work can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be emotionally heavy at times 🌿

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re recognizing the providers, educators, advocates, community partners, and teams who continue showing up for young people with compassion, patience, and care.

The work often happens quietly:
✨ creating safe spaces
✨ having difficult conversations
✨ supporting youth through uncertainty
✨ helping people feel less alone

To everyone doing this work in big ways and small ways, thank you 💛

Your presence, care, and commitment matter more than you know!

One of the most beautiful parts of our Zine Initiative is getting to see young people express themselves so freely and creatively 💛🌿

Not every feeling is easy to explain out loud, and not every young person feels comfortable opening up through conversation right away. Sometimes creativity becomes the bridge. A page, a collage, a few written words, all small ways to help youth feel seen, heard, and connected.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re celebrating the importance of creating spaces where young people can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without pressure or judgment ✨

We’re so grateful to continue building these spaces alongside our community.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🌿

We believe awareness is an important starting point but meaningful support goes beyond awareness alone.

Support can look like creating safe spaces, reducing stigma, listening without judgment, and helping young people feel connected before they reach a point of crisis. 🫶

This month, we’re reflecting on the importance of early support, community connection, and the small moments that can make a meaningful difference in a young person’s life.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that continues showing up for youth and families with care and compassion 💛
