Who we are

C-ASIST, a nonprofit community outreach organization, centered in Garden City-Michigan, that focuses on helping low-income, under-served communities including refugees and immigrants. Our team consists of passionate and dedicated individuals working together to create an empowering and thriving environment. We are a community-based nonprofit organization that aims to restore hope and

opportunities for those who need them most. Our members and volunteers are passionate, generous, and committed to this mission.

Grateful for the chance to serve our community this season through our turkey and food distribution right before Thanksgiving. Today, C-ASSIST proudly hosted an educational booth at the Univeristy of Michigan- Dearborn to educate students about Hepatitis B and the Hepatitis B Vaccination! 💉 Through the use of an interactive game, students were encouraged to read informational posters, flyers, and postcards to answer our questions and win small prizes. Thank you to all our wonderful volunteers and participants, we hope you learned something new today!
