Award Recipient - Frandley Denis Julien, Esq.

GCF is proud to honor Frandley Denis Julien, Esq. at Fête Créole for his outstanding legal service and advocacy in our community.

Frandley Denis Julien is the Managing Partner of The Law Offices of Frandley D. Julien, P.A. in North Miami Beach, with a practice focused on Immigration, Criminal Defense, Family Law, Personal Injury, and Wills & Trusts. A former Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, he opened his firm in 2019 to provide accessible, community-centered legal services.

A graduate of Florida International University College of Law (2017), Attorney Julien is recognized as a trusted legal educator. He is known to thousands on social media, where he provides Creole-language education on immigration issues including TPS, and is a regular commentator on Haitian radio, television, and in publications including The Miami Herald, Sun Sentinel, and Haiti’s Le Nasyonal.

For his unwavering commitment to justice, legal education, and the Haitian community of South Florida, GCF is honored to present him with this award at Fête Créole.
