📢 Clear Backpacks will be REQUIRED for ALL Horry County Schools students for the 2024-25 school year 📢

In an effort to further enhance our safety measures, HCS will be requiring clear backpacks for all students (who choose to carry backpacks) for the 2024-2025 school year.
Clear backpacks have become a common practice in schools across the country as they allow for easy identification of any items being brought onto campus. By implementing this protocol, we are taking proactive steps to create a safe and secure learning environment for our students.

☀️ 4th Grade Fun Day ☀️
The PTO was so happy to help celebrate our 4th Graders today. Waterslides, Pelican’s SnoBalls & new Tshirts for all!!! We love this group of kiddos and have enjoyed watching them grow & learn over the past 5 years 💙

We had so much fun yesterday at our End of Year Celebration! Thank you to our wonderful volunteers, Dew’s Sugar Shack Party Rentals, Big Air Myrtle Beach, and Sunset Slush for making the day a huge success!

WootWoot! Thank you to all who helped us win Stella's Homemade Ice Cream Battle of the Schools! Yummy ice cream, a delicious pizza party courtesy of Big Air Myrtle Beach, and $$ to help provide fun opportunities for our students & staff! Be sure to visit Stella’s & Big Air this summer. It takes a village, and we grateful to have these fine, local establishments as part of ours.
