HOLA of Garden City, NY

Directions

HOLA of Garden City, NY We are a community of families of Hispanic descent who live in Garden City, NY. -Book Club: We select three titles annually to share amongst our members.

Through this activity, we learn from our countries and cultures and keep up to date with the best in literature from the US, Latin America and Spain.
-Club Juventud: Fun and family-oriented activities with crafts, readings, songs, games, etc., where we learn about Spanish-speaking countries.
-Community Services: HOLA offers services to the community such as a Spanish Scholarship awarded to a Garden City High School Senior, fundraising events to benefit low-income families and charitable organizations in the area.
-Social Activities: We kick off our yearly activities in September, with a welcome cocktai party, open to all members. In December, we organize our famous Christmas party to celebrate the holidays, family-style. We cap-off the year in June, with a picnic open to all our members and their families.
