✨REPS FOR LEX✨

Tomorrow we kick off our fundraising event for Lexi! Multiple gym communities from the area will be participating in a grueling workout to support our 9 year old superhero! Want to join? Well, check the workout below. Modify how you need. Remember it’s not about anything other than pushing a little harder when you want to give up. Why? Because Lexi doesn’t have the choice to always push harder without completely depleting herself.

Who is joining us for this amazing fundraiser?! The best part it takes place at your very own gym or home. Don’t forget to send us a DM with your e-mail to be included in all the information!

For participating gyms already locked in your fundraising boxes/ emails on how to have people donate directly to our non-profit will be delivered/sent out this week! Start tuned. Still time to get involved. Hope you see ya’ll participate in this amazing fundraiser for an awesome little girl.

Join us and our fight against mitochondrial disease. This in- house workout fundraiser is to bring the community together to raise awareness and funds for a brave little girl. The event will take place August 19th at a location of your choice!

Every participating gym will receive a “gym” fundraising box. If participating on your own you can still raise money and we will arrange a time to collect! if you are a gym out of Westchester county we can asp arrange an alternative fundraising pick up or electronic version! The workout will be released the week of and performed on the 19th by all participating gyms/ people. We will have a RX, Scaled and at-home version. We encourage all participants to wear green and share any pictures, results or videos to to be shared! We will award a prize to the top scores overall!

If you are interested in participating drop us a DM with your email so we can put you on the list! The last day to sign up is August 15th!


• Best or Westchester 2022 Katelyn Tooley will be programing our event this year. We are excited to have her on board. We know her and Lexi will deliver a great, fun day of fitness!

✨Save the DATE! Friday, August 19th✨

Reps for Lex is a community wide event for any type of athlete. During this day we will encourage people to wear green, highlight Lexi and her disease and get sweaty for a good cause! All anyone had to do to participate is send a DM saying you wouldn’t like the email added to the list. All participating gyms will get a free fundraising box to keep at personal gyms to help up raise money towards hospital.

All you need to do is show up and workout like you always do! Share in the fact that gyms around the county are performing the same workout as you! On this day we may be many people from many gyms, but we are one big heart as we tackle this WOD.

Workout has not been posted yet and will be released august the 15th. We look forward to having you on board with us!
