It’s Giving Day at Adelphi University! A day to celebrate the WGC’s commitment to transforming the Adelphi community through funding. Since 2012, the Women’s Giving Circle has awarded over $300,000 in grants and seed money to various projects and initiatives throughout the campus as well as annual monetary student essay awards. The Adelphi Women’s Giving Circle is happy to announce this year’s Essay Contest Award Winners: Mohammad Mahabub Mehadi '27 and Sarah Grace Oquendo, MSN, RN, MS-BC, both students at the Adelphi University College of Nursing and Public Health. Each winner received a $750 award plus an additional $250 will be donated to their charities of choice: Médecins Sans Frontières / MSF (Doctors Without Borders) and A Night to Shine Tim Tebow Foundation. We are so grateful to be able to make an impact on our Adelphi University campus and beyond!
