The event will once again be taking place at Southern Humboldt Community Park in Garberville.

There will be traditional Native dance groups, vendor booths, info booths, workshops, Indian tacos, kids activities, & more.

It's time to celebrate!✨Join NRLT and project partners at the Wood Creek Restoration Celebration on September 11th. Help us celebrate the progress of the Wood Creek Phase III project and learn about the important of this waterway for salmon and ranchers alike 🐟

This free event will include a presentation, community toast and light refreshments, and optional walking tour to see recently restored areas at Freshwater Farms Reserve and the Felt Ranch. Plus, catch renowned local artist Matt Beard painting live on the land! 🎨

30 years ago, PFT partnered with the InterTribal Sinkyone Wilderness Council on a groundbreaking agreement protecting 4,000 acres of redwood forest along California’s Lost Coast.

We recently returned to celebrate this landmark land back project and 30 years of conservation and partnership.
