🧵✂️ Sewing Camp is officially underway!

Today our campers learned three essential hand-sewing stitches and put their new skills to work by beginning to design their very own keychains. We loved seeing their creativity come to life and can't wait to watch their confidence grow throughout the week 🤩

We're off to a fantastic start, stay tuned for more projects as we progress! 🪡✨

Cherokee FCCLA is baking homemade jumbo cinnamon rolls to help raise money for our trip to Nationals in Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸✨ And trust us… these rolls are NOT your average cinnamon roll! And the best part? They’ll be ready just in time for your 4th of July festivities! 🥳

As we prepare for our trip to Washington DC, we are seeking sponsorships and scholarship donations to help make these experiences possible for our members 🤩

Every contribution — big or small — directly supports our students as they develop lifelong leadership skills, serve our community, and represent our school on the state and national level! 🌹

We’re here working concessions for the regional track meet! We’ll have 🐔 Chick-Fil-A sandwiches and nuggets 🐔 around 11:15am, plus the regular menu all day! Come support our girls as we fundraise for nationals! 🇺🇸

🌹 We had a wonderful evening last night at our chapter banquet and awards ceremony! Thank you to all of our members, their families, our sponsors, and the community members who came to celebrate our chapter and this past year’s accomplishments. ❤️

We want to extend a special thank you to a few individuals for their help with the evening. Shout out to Ryan Pullan with Holy Smoke Meats for help catering the event, Cherokee Floral & Gifts for supplying our roses, Mr. Jason Paris for running the soundboard and slideshow, our officer parents and grandparents for providing food and dessert items, Karen Eckhardt Photos for taking pictures, Gayla Brown Failes for the decorations, and Brock Spencer for help running the kitchen. Above all, thank you to the 2025-2026 Chapter Officer Team for serving the meal and presenting our program. The night wouldn’t have been possible without this incredible group of people!
