You know the court system moves painfully slowly. Explaining everything that has happened would require an account so long most people would not make it halfway through without giving up. That, in itself, is part of the problem. What has occurred is not only tragic, it is deeply disturbing.
Imagine placing your trust in someone you considered family, only to watch them unravel, fall under the influence of malicious actors who he still has no clue secretly hate him and then proceed to cause the deaths of over one hundred animals, steal your home, and relentlessly harass your family. Imagine further that their associates his so-called flying monkeys, continue that campaign on his behalf, long after the damage has been done.
Now layer onto that the unmistakable reality that you are being treated unfairly within the court system itself by prosecutors and judges alike. Add the growing realization that this conduct erodes public trust in the justice system, and the nagging question of whether anyone in authority actually cares.
What would the Supreme Court of the United States think if it heard a sitting judge state that they believe pro se litigants are “crazy”? It did not feel crazy when I defeated the DNR sixteen times. It will not feel crazy when I do it again. What does feel absurd is being forced to continue fighting while certain individuals actively protect the very officers who violated our rights and were responsible for the killing of animals.
Joel Rosenthal is a fraud. He exploits and manipulates people to carry out his agenda, going so far as to turn DNR officers into his flying monkeys so that he could then falsely shift blame onto me for the mass killing of animals. He committed fraud in court and upon the court itself, and then openly bragged about it. In doing so, he has made a mockery of the judicial system.
You may not understand every detail of this situation. But understand this: I am still fighting, and I will not stop. I wanted to make this post so you know when the time comes I will tell everything to the world if I have to.
