Dear Parents!
We appreciate you and your dedication to your child’s biblical education. We are looking forward with anticipation to a new academic year, new program, and new volunteers. As you are aware, Bro. Bill Ritz has retired and is moving to spend time with his family and especially his grandchildren – AMEN! We are so appreciative of the work he has completed at Bayside and we wish him God’s blessings.
With this change, we will be looking for changes in the program, volunteer teachers, and days of operation. We will be focusing on using the A.C.E. program as academic curriculum for K – 12th grades, with two days a week of instruction or tutoring and one day a week focused on life skills. We are looking at utilizing both the campus in Ganado and the campus in Olivia as God has provided a Bus and the Olivia Campus is still under construction. Children will be completing assignments at home on a weekly basis as well. We will be establishing a Center Leader and Instructional and Life Skill Coaches as the new year approaches. Also a functioning Bayside Discipleship Center Board, compiled of parents, Church Admin and Instructional volunteers, will be making and presenting decisions to the Church and Parents as we move forward.
Just as a doctor must diagnose a patient’s physical needs before prescribing proper treatment, a student’s academic needs must be diagnosed before proper curriculum can be prescribed. A correct academic diagnosis is vital to a student’s achievement and are key to the individualized approach of A.C.E. We will be establishing days and times for your child to complete their diagnostic testing prior to beginning the new academic year. This will happen early on in August 2026. Please fill out the ‘Re-registration Form’ by accessing it online through the QR code and return it as soon as possible. This will allow us to move forward and make preliminary changes in class structure and let us know how many volunteers we will need to begin the new academic year. God is on the move and we can’t wait to see what He has in store for us all!
