Huge thanks to Dan from for coming up to Bmore and sharing some amazing Armagnac bottles with us. Some eyes were opened for sure, and it was great hearing about Dan's adventures hunting down these magical barrels across France. Happy New Year from BWG! We’re starting out the year hot with a brand new single barrel group pick - Sazerac Rye 100 proof! One of our members, Josh, won the Single Barrel Selection (SBS) from and and was kind enough to share with BWG 🔥

This will be our first ever pick with BT and our second pick in Kentucky! We’re stoked to head down at the end of January and pick a fire barrel for our group. 🥃

BWG’s Holiday Party was a huge success thanks to ! Good beers and bourbons were had, food was shared, and memories were made. One lucky soul even walked away with a free Weller Full Proof for being closest to guessing the count of M&Ms in a holiday jar 🎁

We hope to continue our partnership with Pherm, a welcoming and accommodating local brewery in the Crofton/Gambrills area. If you haven’t checked them out swing by and grab a beer. We may even have a future collab in the works 👀, so if you like beer and/or bourbon join our group! 🎄

The folks over at were kind enough to send us over a sample of their recent release, the Barrel Proof Triple Mash Rye. This is a winter dessert pour that’s making us feel downright festive 🎄

Man, what an event!

This past weekend, BWG entered The Reveries with .review and selected our very own barrel of 8yr KY bourbon 🔥

We did something pretty new and different for us by inviting 30 members to join us on this pick! We sampled through 4 different barrels and were surprised with 2 fun pours at the end. Huge shoutout to Jay for accommodating this unique format for us and helping create an unforgettable event 🥃
