In summer, some things are best done in the evenings, like planting transplants so they can settle in overnight without the heat of the sun, or volunteering!

Join us Tuesdays to pitch in around the farm. We've got jobs big and small, and your help makes all the difference this time of year! See you there 6pm-8:30pm Tuesdays this summer at 33rd and Ave N.

Saturday markets are closed for the summer, farm friends.
We will be back in fall with a cornucopia of produce for you, and in the meantime, consider signing up for a weekly farm box!
Each week you can pick up (or have delivered for a small fee) a box of freshly harvested seasonal veggies, herbs, and/or eggs.

Have you ever tried fresh pressed sorghum juice? We invite you to try it yourself at a demo this weekend at our Saturday market, 8:30-11am, while you grab your veggie fix. This week we have:

Sorghum juice can be boiled down to make the sweet and tangy syrup that is popular as a low glycemic alternative to sugar and great for making barbecue sauce or desserts. Don't miss a chance to try it fresh from the farm!

C'mon out and get Galveston-grown veggies and farm-fresh eggs!
We're at each Wednesday, 10am-12 or till we're sold out.
It's tomato season, and there's nothing like a sun-ripened tomato in your summer sandwiches and salads. We've got all the good stuff, stop by and say hello!

You can also get a raffle ticket for a chance to win a bountiful basket with our veggies, bread from , and art by . We're raising money for a bike attachment for our grain mill, so we can mill our own grains in a fast and fun way.
