The Krewe of Axe-idents is ReKreweting TODAY at 12:30 PM at Beerfoot Brewery, and the level of chaos we are prepared to unleash is legally questionable but spiritually correct.

If you’ve ever thought,:
“Wow, I wish my life had more glitter, axes, and people yelling WOOOO in unison,” then congratulations — you are our target demographic.
WHAT’S HAPPENING AT 12:30?

•Aggressive friendliness from krewe members who have already had beer

•Membership info delivered like a TED Talk but with worse posture.

•A recruitment pitch so chaotic you may join by accident.

•Beer. And possibly someone trying to recruit a seagull again

The Krewe of Axe-idents Rekrewetment Event is happening this weekend, and the Choreography Team is officially out of hiding after their music meeting last week (expect some absolute bangers).

The 2027 season is officially in sight, and we’re looking for new recruits who know that the best way to handle a parade route is with total, uncoordinated enthusiasm.

**Are you ready to join the fray?** We are officially looking for folks who want to:

* Perfect the art of "controlled chaos."
* Master the fine line between "intentional dance move" and "total lack of balance."
* Help us make sure the only thing we actually "axe-identally" do is have the time of our lives.

As you can see from our latest "Safety Briefing" (see photo), we take our training *very* seriously. We’ve learned that checking your footing is step one, and having a great time is step two. If you’re good at the second part, we’ll help you figure out the first one as we go!

Mardi Gras Galveston 2027 is down the road, but our calf muscles are already warming up. The **Krewe of Axe-idents** is officially recruiting for our Mardi Gras Krewe, and we want *you* to help us shake up the island!

Are you our next member? Let’s check the criteria:

* **Do you have rhythm?** Great, we need people to keep us on beat.
* **Do you fake having rhythm with intense eye contact and sheer confidence?** Even better, you’re front row material.
* **Can you dance down a parade route without tripping?** If yes, amazing. If no, don't worry—our name is *literally* the Krewe of Axe-idents for a reason. We just call those "spontaneous choreography updates."

Gentlemen, it’s time to trade the lawnmower for some rhythm (or at least a very enthusiastic rhythmic shuffle). The Krewe of Axe-idents is officially "Rekreweting" for the 2027 Galveston Mardi Gras season!
If you’ve ever tripped over a flat surface or pulled a muscle reaching for the remote, you’re already overqualified. We are looking for men who are brave enough to dance in public and smart enough to know that "coordination" is just a suggestion. If you have filled out a membership application.
