🇺🇸MEMORIAL DAY PROGRAM🇺🇸

A heartfelt thank you to our member, Mark Kelso, for leading such a meaningful and impactful Memorial Day program. As we gathered to reflect, we were reminded of the rich history behind this important holiday and the profound sacrifices made by the brave men and women who have served our country.

Hearing the stories and local connections of Lt. Col. Max Clark, 2nd Lt. Walter A. Kelso, Jr., the Jr. ROTC, and our local Marine division made the remembrance even more personal and powerful for our community.

Their courage, service, and sacrifice will never be forgotten. Today and every day, we honor those who gave so much for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙

Remember their sacrifice. Honor their legacy. Always.

It’s Moving Monday!

We had an incredible turnout at last week’s assembly—our club showed up in a BIG way with the largest number of attendees from any single club! 🎉

It was such a great opportunity to gather ideas, share energy, and connect with so many inspiring people across District 5910. The networking, collaboration, and conversations truly made the experience meaningful.

Proud of our team for showing up, showing out, and continuing to build momentum together! 💪✨ Looking forward to putting these ideas into action and growing even stronger as a club.

This past week, our presenter, Chief Doug Balli of the Galveston Police Department, shared an informative update on GPD and its work in our community. We also learned some great facts about Chief Balli — he’s a true BOI (Born on the Island), a 30-year veteran of the department, a strong advocate for ongoing training, and a graduate of the FBI Command College.
To top it off, Chief Balli served as the Grand Marshal for the Krewe of Gambrinus Mardi Gras Parade this past weekend! 🎭
What a great way to highlight leadership both on and off the job!
