Shout out and BIG congratulations to our very own Donna Joy Swartz, Galveston County Daily News Citizen of the Year finalist!

Not only is Donna the founder of the amazing 80-woman dance krewe, Tutu Live Krewe, but she is also a founder of the Mystical Parade of Boo and Luck o' the Island parade!

She is an inspiration to us all, and we can’t wait to see what she comes up with next!
