Trivia Questions will focus on native plants of Galveston, with a special Tallamy Trivia round on Douglas Tallamy’s books!

Join us this Thursday for a guided walk through the East End nature preserve 🌾🐦‍⬛

We’ll identify native plants, find some caterpillars, and see what kind of birds are enjoying the preserve this spring. 🦋

If the rain keeps us from meeting at the preserve, we’ll meet at a local pub for a social hour instead 😁 see you Thursday!

We enjoyed walking through and learning about our Galveston Native plants so much during our Bingo Native Plant Walk that we can't wait to do it again this fall to see the change of season in the UU Garden.

Thank you Denice Franke for leading the Plant Bingo Walk & for always sharing so much valuable knowledge with us all, and also to Galveston Plant Life for sending all of yesterday's attendees home with tomato plants.

If you didn't get to make it & missed out on buying a few native Perrenis Milkweeds, DM us & we can put you in contact with who to purchase them from on the island this week.
