Have you checked your SYT expiration date?

Here’s some clarity on the Safeguarding Youth Training:

🎓 Old YPT (no 90-minute course completed)?
➡️ Full 90-minute course required

⏰ 90-minute course expired more than 6 days ago?
➡️ Full 90-minute course required

🔄 90-minute course expired 6 days or less OR still active?
➡️ Refresher course assigned

📧 Renewal emails will direct participants to “My Training”, where they can select “Take Course” or “Retake Course”. The system will automatically guide them to the correct training based on their status.

⚠️ Important note - Anyone who has completed only the refresher without ever completing the full 90-minute course will still need to complete the full course. Clearing the browser cache may be necessary to ensure the “Retake Course” button routes correctly.

Troop 628 in Santa Fe showed what service and remembrance truly mean this Memorial Day, spending their time placing flags at Alta Loma Cemetery to honor those who gave their lives for our country. We’re so proud of these Scouts for living the values of respect, gratitude, and community—thank you for helping ensure their sacrifice is never forgotten.
