Today, our team gathered at Hotel Lucine to start planning for a month dedicated to celebrating mentorship, connection, and the incredible impact of our Bigs, Littles, families, partners, and supporters.

We were honored to connect with the faculty and staff at College of the Mainland during Convocation Week to share more about our Workplace Mentoring Program with Collegiate High School and the incredible impact of mentorship in the lives of young people.

It’s always a joy to connect with our amazing Bigs at COM! We are incredibly grateful for this partnership and the commitment of the COM community to helping young people reach their full potential.

A BIG thank you to some of our superstar alumni Bigs, Dr. Kim Ross, Dr. Rebecca Montz, Dr. Shani Johnson, and Teclesha Blanchard, for sharing their experiences and such powerful testimony about the impact of mentorship.
