The Christina Sullivan Foundation Family our athletes with differing abilities and their families are sending heart felt condolences to Jackie his loving wife, Pat Perez his mom and the family. Rest In Eternal Peace Dear Friend you will be missed.

Funeral Arrangements: Philip’s family will receive visitor’s beginning at 10:00am on Friday, December 6, at St. Patrick Catholic Church (3424 Avenue K, Galveston, TX). A funeral mass will follow at 11:00am
