INSURANCE PROFESSIONALS OF GALVESTON COUNTY Welcome to our page, Insurance Professionals of Galveston County. We meet the 2nd Tuesday of Every Month at 630pm.

We are a non profit local chapter in Galveston County, which is part of a state wide organization, Federation Insurance Woman of Texas. We are a group of insurance professionals, both female and male, interested in education, networking and community service projects. IPOGC and FIWT offer CE and Non-CE opportunities, with the most opportunities being at the Mid-Year Conventions & FIWT’S Annual Convention, and periodically at IPOGC’s monthly meeting. IPOGC raises funds for multiple community service projects. Every year IPOGC is involved in the Fire Prevention Contest in Galveston, The Walk to End Alzheimers, and every Christmas Season we choose a nursing home or hospital to donate to. We have also recently become involved with Feed Galveston Events. Every year, we give away a $500 scholarship, the Barbra Burns Scholarship, to a Galveston County Applicant going into Business or General Studies. We do this all while growing amazing, non competitive relationships with other insurance professionals around the State of Texas. If you would like more information on joining our amazing group, please don’t hesitate to ask!! We are always open to guests coming to our meetings and see what we are all about!!
