Sad News...

As reported earlier today, Brother Max Pelham 32° KCCH suffered a massive stroke this morning, was life-flighted to Houston.

With great sorrow we report that Brother Max has laid down his working tools this evening. Our deepest condolences to his wife Maggie and his entire family.

Brother Max will be deeply missed by all, including his Blue Lodge and our Valley. Brother Max was a great friend and comrade to all and was very active in our Valley, especially during our Reunions as the "sound man". Brother Max was a long time member of the Bridge City Masonic Lodge 1345 and joined our Valley in 2006. He was the DDGM for District 25A in 2011. Was awarded the status of 32* KCCH in 2017 and was the head of the Valley of Galveston Consistory, the Master of Kadosh, elected in December 2019.

Brother Max was also a very faithful member of the Grand Lodge Merchandise Team, selling merchandise at the Grand Lodge and around the State at various Masonic functions to raise funds for the Grand Lodge. He will be missed by many, many brethren in the area and State-wide.

Please remember Brother Max in your prayers. More information will be forthcoming as available.
