Exciting News! We are thrilled to announce that the Oleander at Broadway, located at 815 52nd Street, has been selected as a recipient of the 2024 Galveston Planning & Design Awards in the Development category!

This incredible recognition comes from the City of Galveston’s Development Services Department, and we couldn’t be more proud of our dedicated team for their hard work and vision in bringing this project to life. The awards presentation will take place on October 24, 2024, during the City Council meeting at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of City Hall, located at 823 Rosenberg.

A special thank you to everyone who contributed to making this project a success!

🤠 🐔 We're excited to partner with our friends at Texas A&M University Galveston Campus to reduce food waste at the market and in Galveston as a whole.

Every other Sunday starting in September, Jillian + Danny, and a group of TAMUG students will come by the market to pick up any leftover food and then deliver it to the TAMUG Student Food Pantry!

We LOVE to partner with these Texas A&M University Galveston Campus student associations and clubs. Thanks to partnerships like these, we can further enhance our food access work in Galveston! ❤️

The annual Pumpkin Plunge returns to the Lasker Park Community Pool on Saturday, October 12 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Pumpkin Plunge is becoming a staple fall event at the pool with face painting, pumpkin decorating, games and – of course – the plunge.
