A HUGE thank you to Clean Galveston, Inc. for recognizing MarMo Plaza as the Clean Galveston Business of the Month for October 2026! 🎉

We are incredibly honored to receive this recognition and to be celebrated for the work that has been put into transforming our awesome building. We love having the opportunity to be in a space that brings our community together from small businesses and creators to artist, entrepreneurs and young creators. Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged us along in our journey and we can’t wait to share more with you in the future!

With love,
The MarMo Gals 💛

Clean Galveston is proud to announce that MarMo Plaza has been chosen as the Clean Galveston Business of the Month for October 2026! After a long hiatus, Clean Galveston is reviving this program to recognize Galveston businesses that practice and promote sustainability and stewardship of the Island. MarMo was chosen as a successful example of a repurpose and transformation!

We applaud the work being done and look forward to awarding this honor to other businesses!

Does your business practice and promote sustainability and stewardship? Does your business make efforts to keep the Island clean for residents, visitors and the environment? If so, Clean Galveston would like to recognize you with a Business of the Month designation. Please send nominations to [email protected] for consideration. Let’s shine a spotlight on the great work that local businesses do to make Galveston beautiful!
