The Sunshine Center 70th Anniversary Year of Celebrations presents “Lotto Love & Wine” Valentines Raffle. In addition to 10 plus bottles of wine this bulletin board is full of scratch off tickets (50). $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20. Drawing will take place February 10th @ 11:00 am. Good things are happening just in time for our 70th anniversary! Thanks City of Galveston's Cultural Arts Commission for awarding artist Doug Hiser a grant to help freshen up our building, create a cheerful welcome and bring awareness to our Sunshine home!
