MJB Foundation Sharing our Joy with children with challenges The MJB Foundation supports children, (primarily in Central Ohio) with challenges by sharing gifts of Joy i.e.

adaptive equipment like wheelchairs, tricycles, and iPads and sponsoring recreational and educational activities, like The Miracle League of Central Ohio. Our process is really simple. Ordinarily folks find out what kind of agency (medicaid, etc...) aid they are eligible for when purchasing their adaptive equipment, (This way nobody gets off the hook for paying what they should) and then we fund t

he balance. Sometimes we hear from folks who have no other funding source and then we pick up the balance, i.e. the entire bill. All we need at that point is a name to put on the check, and an address to send it to. I have an unfailing belief in the human spirit and we have not been burned yet. I also Hate bureaucracy and try to avoid unnecessary steps and paperwork whenever possible. In the case of The MJB Foundation, I'm in charge so it's always possible. Through these Gifts of Joy we work to honor and grow the legacy of our little girl. The only thing we ask of the recipients is that they send us a picture whenever possible of them with their gift so we can use that to continue to raise more funds.

With June upon us Golf for Joy prep is in full swing and MJB Founders Annette and Jim Brochowski were swinging their clubs at our host venue Pickaway Country Club this past weekend. While the states of their golf games remain under wraps, they both report that the course is in beautiful condition. The greens are rolling true, the fairways are firm and fast, and the rough is long and lush. Everything is looking great for a fun outing continuing Meghan Joy’s legacy raising funds for children with challenges. Be sure and grab your spot to join the fun!
